Refund/Return Policy
At ChicGate, we want you to love every piece you order. If something does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Because we specialize in women’s apparel and resort wear, we do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons, unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Customer@chicgate.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your items. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure faster processing and availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please keep in mind that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Customer@chicgate.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
