Track Your Order

Once your ChicGate order has shipped, staying updated on its journey is simple and convenient. We want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way, so you can focus on anticipating your new favorite pieces.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address associated with your account. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website, where you can follow your package in real time. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, different carriers may be used to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in anytime to view your order status and tracking details directly from your account dashboard.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
